Frank Baylis is a Canadian businessman and politician. He was the Liberal Member of Parliament for Pierrefonds—Dollard from 2015 to 2019.
Before entering politics, Baylis was the executive chairman of Baylis Medical, a company founded by his father that develops and manufactures cardiology and radiology medical devices. His business career was significant prior to his political involvement.
During his time in Parliament, Baylis served on several committees and focused on issues related to health, innovation, and economic development.
He lost his re-election bid in 2019. Since then, he has returned to the private sector.
